The tomb of Syed Burhanuddin is considered; The teacher of Maulana Jalal al-Din al-Rumi, who spent the last years of his life in the city of Kayseri, is one of the most visited tombs in Turkey. It was built in 1892 by the governor of Kayseri Muhammad Nazim Pasha with the help of the governor of Ankara Abdin Pasha, and the mausoleum is characterized by its square construction and made of cut stone. It is covered with a dome, and although the tomb was built at the end of the nineteenth century, it is in the Seljuk style, and it is located on Talas Street inside the large cemetery that is named after him.
