One of the newest attractions in Veliko Tarnovo, the Wax Museum is home to a unique exhibition of wax sculptures of medieval Bulgarian figures, along with their clothes, weapons and some buildings of great importance in the country. Multimedia is also used to bring these sculptures to life. Moreover, the second floor of the museum houses the inspiring scene of the coronation of Tsar Kaloyan and the Battle of Adrianople, and the figure of a wise historian can be seen who records all the events taking place in the royal city.
