Al-Qaysaria Market is a historical market located in the Al-Rafa neighborhood in the city of Hofuf in the Al-Ahsa region in the east of the Kingdom. It was built in 1822 AD. The market contains many shops, numbering about 422, and the municipality owns 177 shops that are rented, and the people own 251 shops. Al-Qaysariyya Market is one of the tourist attractions in Hofuf, where visitors from various Arab and foreign countries and the Arab Gulf states flock to it, including Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and others. Al-Qaysaria market consists of rows of shops located in closed and roofed corridors, where the construction of the market resembles the Ottoman style. And the third piece is knotted with a piece of wood in the wall. In 2001, a fire broke out in the market, caused by an unknown person. The fires caused a lot of material damage.
