Museum of Zoology Doderlein aims to understand animal diversity and biological evolution and highlights the need to preserve natural environments. It includes a large and diverse collection of several thousand specimens of vertebrates and invertebrates, some of which date back to the second half of the nineteenth century AD, which have preserved their characteristics aesthetics to this day.
