Emmanuel Manulov House of Culture is designed in the neoclassical style, and was built in only 5 years from 1959 to 1964 by architect Karl Karlukov, and embodies the history and culture of the city through his drawings and frescoes. The doors, windows and internal stairs are decorated with flowers Polished marble and copper chandeliers. One of Gabrovo's highlights, this magnificent building is a center of art and culture, hosting numerous operas, concerts, ballet and dance performances, etc. It also hosts a number of art galleries that attract visitors of all ages.
