Ain Ghala, also known as Ain Hamam, is a hot spring in the southern part of the city of Muscat, providing a refreshing resting place away from the hustle and bustle of urban life, and is an ideal destination for families and friends, this hot spring is located in a huge structure that separates the Triassic dolomites (the rocks sedimentary) from ophiolites (volcanic rocks), and it appeared when the ocean floor in front of the coast of Oman over the Arabian continent pushed to form the Oman Mountains.
