The Swiss city of Bern is its own administrative capital, and to this day it still maintains its ancient elegant character that comes from the Middle Ages, so it was chosen by the World Organization of UNESCO as a cultural heritage site. Bern is also rich in natural features, as it is home to parks and green spaces, and it is a wonderful center where many diverse music and art festivals are held. Among the most prominent historical monuments that the city contains is the old town, which has a clock tower, which whenever an hour ends, plays musical songs and drums, which is considered one of the most important tourist destinations in the country. The city also includes a large number of huge historical museums with luxurious architectural structures as well as many botanical gardens and zoos such as the Bern Botanical Garden, which contains within it about 6000 species of plants specially collected from around the world to be placed inside the garden. One of the most famous landmarks of this city is also the clean and pure lakes that are distinguished by their beautiful appearance, and which offer you a beautiful recreational picnic on their banks, in addition to that you can enjoy swimming within them.
