This museum was opened in 1919 AD, and contains 80,000 pieces of Croatian heritage, which are classified into three cultural eras: Pannonian, Dinaric and Adriatic. Only about 2,800 items are on display. The exhibits illustrate the traditional way of life in Croatia, from embroidered gold costumes to dresses, musical instruments, furniture, cooking utensils and many other vintage and traditional items.
