Yildiz Palace was opened as a museum on April 8, 1994, and it consists of a large exhibition with a length of 90 meters, and it includes a collection of artworks belonging to the palace, which include the holdings of Sultan Abdul Hamid II, his carpentry tools, gifts presented to him and the products of the Yildiz Ceramics Factory at that time. The museum is a close look at what life was like in Istanbul in the 19th century thanks to its many artifacts and ornate rooms.
