The Oran Green Outdoor Theatre, named after Chekroun Hosni, was built and is a site showcasing cultural events in the open air, with a rooftop occupying 3 hectares, with a capacity of 3,750 seats. It is a unique theater in Oran, located at the western end of Boulevard Bahlawan (waterfront). The building was renovated in 2012, adding a VIP area, a new artists' square, a VIP lounge and a cafeteria. This open-air theater hosts concerts, festivals, ballet performances, and operas. It also hosts many festivals in the summer, such as the Song Festival of Oran and other festivals.
