The center is uniquely designed in the architectural style of the Scottish Barons' Castle as one of the most impressive buildings in Belfast, with a 40-meter-high clock tower and many stained-glass windows giving the place a distinctive character. The center also contains several halls for conferences and exhibitions and also has a shopping section on the ground floor where there is a selection of shops and boutiques.
