Shipway Gate, is one of the original four gates, which is considered part of the historical walls surrounding the city, and was used as the main way to enter through it from the River Foyle, and what distinguishes the architectural design of the gate, the presence of a circular frame, on each side, in addition to a sceptre engraved on the side right hand.
