Information about Sanchon
Sancheon Vegetarian Restaurant was founded by a former Buddhist monk who learned to cook while staying in the temple and uses his knowledge through simple, clean and healthy ingredients in his kitchen. All dishes are prepared without meat, natural ingredients, seasonal vegetables and mountain herbs and cooked without any artificial additives. The 16-course lunch and dinner menu varies from season to season. Contrary to Buddhist dietary beliefs, the chef adds garlic, shallots and mountain shallots in his creations to make the taste more adaptable to the general public. However, you can order your dish without these ingredients, and you add artwork, music, and Buddhist lanterns. A distinctive spiritual touch to the unique atmosphere of the restaurant.
