This tower is a television and observation tower, designed by the architect Alexandro Anastasia's in 1966. It is 76 meters tall and has four floors. It is noteworthy that the first black and white broadcasts of Greek state television were transmitted from this building a year after the tower was completed. Nowadays, the tower has been completely converted into a modern communications tower. The tower's distinctive design has earned its place among the many architectural wonders that permeate Greece's cultural capital.
