The National Symphony Orchestra of Colombia is considered the most important event of the musical tradition that began in 1846, this event whose main objective is to spread symphonic music in the country. Each year it hosts about 70 concerts, including seasonal programmes, educational programmes, opera, ballet, zarzuela and performances by sacred groups of churches.
