Located in an old house in Guanajuato, the Museum of Contemporary Art is the city's first venue for painting, sculpture, photography and other forms of expression that emerged from the so-called Mexican "rip." It contains a very large and detailed collection of sculptures and statues with varied meanings and expressions.
