Can Mario is a contemporary sculpture museum located in Palafrugell, opened in 2004, contains around 220 works in gallery dating from the 1960s to the present day, created by a wide range of artists born or living in Catalonia. Temporary exhibitions are also held every year. The Can Mario Museum was a cork factory, dating back to the early 1900s, that was one of the buildings of the Mickle & Finky Cork Company. Today, it is a place to think about art, where you can also find a modern water tower.
