The Army Museum is located near the famous memorial (the shrine of the martyrs), in the capital. The museum displays various objects, clothes, weapons, missiles and other unique pieces, belonging to the Algerian fighters in the Numidian era from colonialism, to the present day. The exceptional pieces include the sword of Napoleon III presented to Amir Abdelkader, the guillotine of Serkadji prison, and personal belongings of Ali Pointe.
