Mount Nemrut, located in the background of the Taurus Mountains in southeastern Turkey near the city limits of Adiyaman, is one of the awe-inspiring archaeological wonders of Turkey. The enchanting summit of Mount Nemrut has been forgotten for centuries, and since its discovery has managed to capture the attention of thousands of visitors who come annually to witness the pure magic of its landscapes at dawn and dusk, when the heads of the great stones glow golden.
