Built on the orders of Saint François de Paule in 1575 on a part of the old Jewish quarter of Perpignan, Minim is a large two-storey brick monastery where the Military Communion was founded in the nineteenth century. At the end of the twentieth century, the monastery and its old church choir were restored, and today it is possible to visit them and learn about their history.
