Kaysersberg is a small town located between Riquewihr and Colmar in the Alsace region. It is generally considered one of Alsace's most impressive cities, especially in its medieval city centre. The city is located in a very picturesque place, in a valley surrounded by vineyards and forested hills rising above the city. As soon as you enter Kaysersberg you will find the beautiful main square surrounded by lots of painted half-timbered buildings and a very nice main street. When you walk down the main street and reach the river, the city becomes really beautiful. Along the edges of the river there are many brightly painted half-timbered houses, and the Weiss River is crossed by a beautiful fortified stone bridge dating back to the 16th century. You will see a lot of historical sights as you explore Kaysersberg.
