Jardines de la Victoria is part of Paseo de la Victoria, a broad avenue that takes its name from an old monastery that disappeared in the 19th century. Now, the gardens have been modernized with new plantations, the northern part of which is dedicated to the Duke of Rivas, a writer and politician from Córdoba. Behind the statue there is a neoclassical pergola by the architect Carlos Saez de Santamaria. The garden is generally a beautiful place to take a walk and relax by contemplating a beautiful environment filled with trees, flowers, ponds, fountains, and more.
