It was built in 1878 by Haji Omar Effendi, and is divided into two main parts; The upper rooms were used to spend the nights as a safe housing center protected from pirates, and the lower parts as animal pens and a large kitchen, and there was a large fountain in the middle of the courtyard for ablutions.
