The clock tower is located in the middle of the city valley, where historical artifacts are displayed. It was built between 1794-1797 AD, and thus is the oldest clock tower in the country. The building consists of a simple structure with a square plan 12 meters high, with a red tiled roof. Today, the tower is considered one of the distinctive monuments of the city and offers one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the city.
