The history of Hacı Kılıç Mosque dates back to about 750 years ago, and it occupies an important place among the religious structures and historical artifacts in Kayseri with its unique decorations on its main gate. A large complex, both buildings made of cut stone, the building that makes up the mosque and madrasa is rectangular and surrounded by thick stone walls and three arched windows on the south facade.
