The Towers of San Marino, known as the Three Towers of San Marino, is a group of medieval towers, performing defensive functions to protect the city from enemy attacks, and located in the historic center of San Marino on its three highest points; the three peaks of Mount Titan, and the Guita Tower, which means in Italian “the first tower” is the most famous and oldest of these towers, which dominates the other two towers, and is surrounded by the three oldest walls that surrounded the city of San Marino and are still visible today.
