The museum, located in the Pistachio Garden, which was established by the Greater Gaziantep Municipality on the grounds of the Pistachio Research Institute, was built in the shape of a pistachio seed. In the museum, where the stages of pistachio production are explained using contemporary museum techniques, the process is shown from harvesting pistachios to treating with mechatronic carvings, and the process begins from meeting pistachios with soil to fortification, pruning and spraying, and in addition, the museum, which includes oral history studies with peanut producers operators and academics, serving its visitors as the world's first and only pistachio museum.
