The Collegiate Church of Our Lady of Guanajuato is a symbol of the splendor and prosperity of modern architecture in the city of Guanajuato, whose construction began in 1671 and was completed about 25 years later. The Baroque-style church is characterized by a magnificent dome that stands out from afar, while the sanctuary of the church consists of three majestic huge entrances that make the interior feel the grandeur and antiquity of the place, in addition to the presence of a three-section bell tower and another different tower designed in a new architectural style.
