The Coffin Works or Newman Brothers Museum is a Victorian sarcophagus factory that has been restored after extensive efforts by the Birmingham Conservation Trust and opened as a museum in October 2014. This place produces some of the best coffin furniture in the world, including funeral fittings. Joseph Chamberlain, Winston Churchill and the Queen Mother. The Newman Brothers Museum also takes visitors on guided tours around the site of the restored factory, telling the story of the company's history through the personal stories of people who worked with the Newman Brothers. The site also houses office space for small local businesses.
