Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery is a museum and art gallery in Birmingham, England. It has a collection of fine art of international importance as well as ceramics, metalwork, jewellery, natural history, archaeology, ethnography, local history, and industrial history. The museum and gallery is managed by the Birmingham Museums Foundation, the largest independent museum in the UK, which also operates eight other museums across the city. Admission to the museum and art gallery is free, but some of the larger galleries in the Gas Hall charge an entrance fee.
