Opened in October 2014, the Visitor Reception Center is located in Plaza del Triunfo, next to Puerta del Puente, and matches the surrounding architecture, which has been restored. The center has been awarded the European Union Prize for Cultural Heritage "Europa Nostra 2014", and the place consists of two buildings separated by a pedestrian street, while the southern building has a view on its roof, which allows the opportunity to enjoy the areas surrounding the Guadalquier River with the Roman bridge, Calahorra Tower, and the building is divided North to three floors. The center also includes a cafeteria and a shop.
