Casa Sansa has been operating in Perpignan since 1846 and is popular with locals and tourists in Perpignan. Its elegant décor is inspired by the coastal region of Catalonia, and consists of model gliders hanging from the ceiling, along with chandeliers and portraits of dignitaries in the city. The twentieth century like Salvador Dalí, Pablo Picasso and Marilyn Monroe, and its menu includes a range of Catalan and French delicacies, such as squid rice, salted cod and the signature chicken and prawn dish.
