Information about Bains municipaux
The Municipal Baths of Strasbourg are public swimming pools built between 1905 and 1908 under the supervision of German engineer Fritz Pablo. These baths are of great historical importance, as they are the last remaining baths from that era, which have not undergone many changes. The place includes two swimming pools, as well as public baths and Roman baths (saunas, steam baths and hot water baths). The building is very beautiful and worth seeing as it has an ancient Roman atmosphere and has a number of ancient carvings and drawings. The place also provides safe deposit boxes, places to take a "shower" after swimming, and a number of other distinctive facilities.
