Built between 1851 and 1854, the Capitol's arcades today include a collection of paintings by Raymond Moretti representing key moments and figures in the history of Toulouse, dating back to the nineteenth century. It bears pictures of Venus, aeronautics, space, Crusades and many other drawings that tell the story of Toulouse and revive its history and the history of its heroes.
