The American Museum of Aviation, which was established in 1997, displays a large collection of American military aircraft, such as the Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress, which was used during World War II, and the remotely piloted “Predator” aircraft used today. It also provides visitors with the opportunity to learn about the history of United States aviation, and is part of the Imperial War Museum Duxford.
