Amalfi Cathedral, also known as St. Andrew's Cathedral, is a medieval Roman Catholic cathedral located in Piazza del Duomo in Amalfi and dedicated to Saint Andrew, where his relics are preserved. The cathedral was built in the ninth and tenth centuries, parts were added and redecorated several times. It used elements of Norman Arab, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture. One of the main attractions of Amalfi, this cathedral is visited by thousands of tourists every year, leaving the visitor mesmerized by its grandeur.
