Nabatieh Governorate is one of the Lebanese governorates. Its capital is the city of Nabatieh, and its area is 1,058 km². Nabatieh Governorate is located in the central and eastern sectors of southern Lebanon, and its 129 cities and villages are spread over a group of plateaus and hills whose eastern border touches the slopes of Mount Hermon on the border triangle between Lebanon, Syria and occupied Palestine. Nabatieh Governorate is an inland governorate with no beach, as it is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by Sidon-Zahrani and Tyre. There are many restaurants and cultural centers in this governorate that arouse the interest of tourists.
