The Yellow Bastion is part of the ancient walls that protected the city of Sarajevo, which were built in the 18th century and are part of Sarajevo's history. The stronghold has a special religious and sacred status, since it was from it that cannon shots were fired at the beginning of breakfast in the month of Ramadan. The stronghold was distinguished by a monumental military architecture, with towering fortified stone walls that still stand to this day. It is located on the hills adjacent to the city and offers the most beautiful panoramic views of it.
