Winkworth Arboretum is a National Trust owned nursery located southwest of Surrey County and covers an area of 95 acres. It was established by Dr. Wilfrid Fox in 1938 AD and continued to be equipped during World War II, where he improved the land and planted it with carefully selected trees and shrubs to beautify its autumn appearance, The arboretum contains more than a thousand species of trees, as well as large groups of rose bushes on the slopes leading to the gardens' lakes.
