Westerblatt is a former war site dating back to World War I in 1939. This field is located on a peninsula overlooking the Baltic Sea, and was designated to become a special depot for the Polish army. It witnessed the first military clash between Poland and Germany and the first battle in World War II. The site includes A small museum and towering memorial was built to commemorate the Polish defenders who perished during the war.
