The Latin Catholic Church of the Virgin Mary dates back to a long time, as it is one of the historical evidence of the ancient city of Ankara. This church was built over an old house believed to have belonged to one of the city's nuns. Today, the church is a distinguished tourist site for tourists and pilgrims, where prayers, religious ceremonies, marriage ceremonies and baptisms are held.
