Founded in 1981, the Tsai Liao Fossil Museum in Tainan is the first fossil museum in Taiwan, in addition to being an important educational and illustrative platform presenting the evolution of ancient migratory mammals in the country. However, the promotion of research and management of archaeological archives is the only way to achieve professional purposes, preserve culture and continue the heritage. In 2017 and 2018, the current museum, Natural History Education Center, Guangrong Primary School Campus, as well as the neighborhood district were included in a comprehensive plan to build an educational park to explore experimental earth sciences so that it would become the only fossil museum in Taiwan that serves as an educational and cultural park for national treasures archives, paleontology studies and cultural tourism. . Tourists come to this museum with a desire to learn and enrich their general culture, and to see the history and composition of fossils.
