The Tree of Life is one of the most prominent tourist attractions in Bahrain. It is a perennial tree of the gray Ghaf genus located in the Bahrain desert between Riffa and Awali near Jabal Dukhan. Its age is estimated to be about 400 years, and its length is 9.75 m. The importance of the tree is due to the fact that it lived for many years in a barren desert, and many studies conducted by specialists indicate that the tree’s survival for such a long life without water is very strange, and the number of tourists who come to see the tree is estimated to be about 50 thousand visitors a year.
