The museum - which opened in 2007 - houses a large collection of artworks by Strasbourg-born artist Tommy Anger and some of his famous colleagues, totaling 8000 artworks. The museum is divided into three floors. The ground floor is devoted to his drawings of children's books. The first floor is devoted to his works as a political cartoonist and as a satirical cartoonist. The basement floor is devoted to his other works, which are not suitable for children.
