The Toda people are a Dravidian ethnic group that lives in the Nilgiri Mountains of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The tribe lives in settlements called Mond consisting of three to seven small houses built of thatch and wood, half-barreled houses and covered with traditional decorations from all directions.
