The Monastery of the Three Saints is a 17th century monastery located in the Roman city of Iai. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Monuments and is included in the Tentative List of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The main church of the monastery was erected between 1637 and 1639 in honor of the Three Saints; Basil of Caesarea, Gregory of Nazianzus, and John Chrysostom, famous for its exceptional architecture with stone facades and ornaments, combining Western (Gothic and Renaissance) and Eastern (Armenian) architectural elements Georgian, Persian, Arab and Ottoman) harmoniously.
