La Trocía, which literally means "small scale", is located in the province of Chubut in Argentina and is a network of railways in southern Argentina, with a length of about 402 km that runs through the foothills of the Andes. Maintaining its original character until now largely unchanged, this railway operates as a heritage railway and is internationally famous for Paul Terroux's 1978 book, which described it as the railroad's almost at the end of the world.
