The Siwa House Museum is located in the heart of Siwa Oasis. It was built in the style of the old Siwa House to narrate the history of the city and how its inhabitants lived in the past. The museum was built using traditional building techniques for the people of Siwa. Karshif was used for construction, which is a mixture of sun-dried rock salt and mud, and this material preserves At moderate temperatures indoors, the ceiling was made of palm wood or what is called "palm leaf". The museum displays handicrafts, traditional clothing, pottery, silverware, and much more.
