The Jerusalem Botanical Gardens is a natural gem in the heart of Jerusalem, serving as a center for education and research, containing a diverse collection of plants from all over the world displayed geographically, and is a destination for tourism, entertainment and cultural events. The Jerusalem Botanical Gardens covers an area of about 30 acres, which contains more than 6000 species and types of plants from all over the world, displayed in 6 geographical botanical sections, namely; South Africa, Europe, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia, Central Mediterranean. The sections mimic the landscape of these areas and thus there is always something in bloom in the Jerusalem Botanical Gardens.
