One of the distinctive museums on the island of Cebu downtown, which reopened in 2006, is the Ecclesiastical Museum of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cebu. The museum focuses through amazing exhibits on the architecture of the regional church, various artifacts of an old house in the Spanish era, and a lot of statues. Many of the items on display are from Spanish colonial times such as ancient altars, church bells, and other historical religious exhibits that will impress if you are interested in religious artifacts.
